Rosh Hashanah - Yom Teruah
In Leviticus 23:27, Adonai instructs: "The tenth day of this seventh month is Yom Kippur, a holy convocation to you, so you are to afflict your souls." We gather in reverence to fast, pray, and seek the Lord with contrite hearts, reflecting on His holiness, righteousness, and boundless mercy.
For Messianic folks, Yom Kippur holds deep meaning. We remember the ancient sanctuary service and recognize that Messiah Yeshua serves as our ultimate Cohen Gadol (High Priest). By entering the heavenly Holy of Holies through His own blood, He secured complete, eternal atonement for our sins. We afflict our souls not in fear or uncertainty, but with profound gratitude for the cleansing, redemption, and assurance of life found in Him.
Come enter into this sacred time of prayer, worship, and intercession as we draw near to the throne of grace together. All are welcome.
