Gather with the women of Kol Ami in the Sukkah for a special evening of community, conversation, and poetry. Enjoy a light dinner and time together before joining Kol Ami member, distinguished English professor, and award-winning poet Jacqueline Osherow for a reading and discussion exploring the work and voices of Jewish women poets.

This group is open only to women* ages 21+, who are members of Kol Ami or are currently enrolled in our Introduction to Jewish Life Course. While there is no cost for this event, donations are greatly appreciated.

About Jacqueline Osherow
Jacqueline Osherow's most recent collection of poems, Divine Ratios (LSU Press, 2023), was followed by her tenth collection, After Giotto, forthcoming from LSU Press in autumn 2027.
Osherow has received Guggenheim, Ingram Merrill, and NEA fellowships, as well as the Witter Bynner Prize. Her poems have appeared in numerous magazines, journals, and anthologies, including The New Yorker, The Paris Review, American Poetry Review, Best American Poetry, The Penguin Book of the Sonnet, The Norton Anthology of Jewish-American Literature, and A Century of Poems in The New Yorker. She is a Distinguished Professor at the University of Utah.
