Rose Reiki Circle for Women

Step into a calm and nurturing space where you can gently pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself.

This Rose Reiki Circle for Women is designed to help you slow down, release tension and feel supported both physically and emotionally.

Guided by Karen of Just the Tonic Holistic Therapies, the evening includes a gentle meditation and a deeply relaxing Reiki experience where you are invited to simply rest and receive.

This is a women only Reiki Circle, created to offer a safe, calm and supportive space where you can fully relax, let go, and take time for yourself.

Whether you are completely new to Reiki or have experienced it before, you are warmly welcome here.

With soft lighting, calming music and a peaceful atmosphere, this is your time to step away from the outside world and come back to yourself.

No experience needed, just come as you are.

Spaces are limited to keep the circle small and nurturing.

A gentle arrival with time to settle into the space.

7:00pm – Opening & Intention Setting
A soft introduction to the evening, allowing you to ground and begin to relax.

7:10pm – Guided Relaxation
A calming meditation to help you slow down, release tension and fully unwind.

7:20pm – Reiki Healing
A deeply relaxing Reiki experience where you can rest comfortably and receive.
Those attuned to Reiki are welcome to gently take part if arranged beforehand.

8:05pm – Integration & Rest
Quiet time to absorb the experience and gently return.

8:15pm – Closing
A soft and grounding close to the evening.
