Step into a deeply grounding and protective space with our Obsidian Sound Immersion and Meditation. This specially written meditation is designed to work with the powerful and transformative energy of obsidian, a stone long associated with truth, protection and deep inner work.
Throughout the session you will be surrounded by obsidian, creating a strong and supportive energetic field. As you are guided through meditation and immersed in resonant sound vibrations, the combination of crystal presence and sound supports emotional release, grounding and energetic protection.

What to Expect
This experience includes a guided meditation focused on grounding, protection and emotional clearing. The sound immersion encourages the body to relax while supporting deeper internal awareness. There will be space for stillness and personal reflection, with time for journalling to integrate your experience.
Limited Spaces
To ensure a safe and contained atmosphere, spaces are limited to six participants per class. The small group setting allows for a supportive and intentional experience for everyone present.
Please Bring
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, pen or pencil, and a bottle of water. You may also wish to bring a journal for reflection.
Give yourself permission to slow down and ground deeply. Surrounded by obsidian, you will be supported in releasing what no longer serves you and reconnecting with your strength, clarity and protection.
