Join us for ROSE: A Community WOD — a special community workout honoring the life, strength, and impact of Rose. Hosted at Basecamp CrossFit, where her mom Mia coached and built so many meaningful relationships, this event is about showing up together the way the CrossFit community always does: with strength, support, and heart.
This is not just a workout. It’s a morning to move with purpose, celebrate community, and honor a life that touched so many people.
Whether you’re an experienced CrossFit athlete, a beginner, or simply coming to support the cause, everyone is welcome.
