"You Make a ROSC" is our motto because we are a platform where organizations collaborate to create a thriving, supportive recovery community. The Recovery-Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC) of Galveston County fosters an environment where individuals and organizations work together to offer real solutions for those navigating the challenges of substance use disorders and mental health. At the ROSC of Galveston County, we bring people together under the belief that "Hope is Real" and "Recovery is Real".
With gratitude, we thank Chad Armstrong, with PROMISES, for sponsoring lunch at our August 19th meeting.
The Promises Mission is simple:
“We provide attainable, affordable, and accessible mental health and substance use treatment with evidence-based clinical integrity.”
This month, we are excited to welcome Jennifer Oxford from Plum Creek Recovery Ranch as our 1 PM speaker.
Join us at Moore Memorial Library in Texas City. All are welcome who help and heal or consider themselves a stakeholder in the community. We are fostering a thriving community that serves it needs. We are "People Who Help People".
The library is located at1701 9th Ave N, Texas City, TX 77590. The meeting is from noon to 2 PM on the third Tuesday of every month.
Don’t miss out on our Big Texas Recovery Rally in Galveston County—sponsorships are live on Eventbrite as we prepare for the annual Month. You are a member when you say you are, and we welcome you to be part of this vibrant, helping community.
