Lucinda Russell Lucinda is a Panel Judge for RoR and has judged at many qualifiers and also the Scottish Final at the Royal Highland Show. She started training in 1995 having previously evented, showjumped, trained point to pointers and been awarded a BSc Hons in Psychology at St Andrews University. Her ambition and drive has led the yard to be the leading national hunt yard in Scotland. She is proud of buying potential winners and producing fit athletic racehorses. On a day to day basis she compiles the work list, liaises with the head lads and assistant trainers, keeps in contact with owners and rides out. Please leave enough time to be ready to start at 10.45am prompt.
At approx. 12.30pm we will discuss what the retraining process involves, advice on how to maintain good practices for a successful retraining journey and what support is out there to assist you if you choose to take on an ex racehorse or if you already own a retrained racehorse with Amy Bannister-Bell, RoR Wales & Borders Development Officer.
