Come join us for a fun and energising Rope Flow class, perfect for beginners and all levels of movement experience!
Whether you’re new to rope flow or looking to deepen your rhythm and coordination, this class offers the perfect balance of structured skill-building and creative jam time.
💫 What to Expect:
🌀Easy-to-follow beginner-friendly drills
🌀Learn foundational flow patterns and transitions
🌀Build coordination, mobility, and body awareness
🌀Open jam/play time to explore your own flow style
🌀Supportive, relaxed, and playful atmosphere
🌀Bring your rope (some ropes are available to use and purchase) and your curiosity — let’s move together and have fun!
