What to Expect

Each experience is unique — some feel deeply relaxed, others find clarity, release, or renewal. However the sounds meet you, they hold space for your own inner healing and alignment.
Comfort & Practical Notes
- Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided.
- Bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, or eye mask if you wish for extra comfort.
- Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
- Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
- Parking available nearby.
