Rope Bowl Class - August 14, 2026

Rope bowls have been very popular with sewers! Come and join the fun. Anyone with a zigzag machine can make a rope bowl.
We will be learning several different techniques: 1. Wrapping rope with fabric strips 2. Adding variegated threads to make colorful
baskets 3. Whorls as a decoration with buttons or ribbon 4. Embroidering designs in the bottom of the bowl (requires an embroidery
machine) 5. A Handout on Dyeing the Rope for even more options (No dyeing will be done in class).
Class fee $30.00 each. Limit 8 students
