Everybody loves Tawas, and this year will be no exception! While taking a few years off due to Mother Nature’s shoreline changes and state campground construction, we’re eager to have this regatta back on the docket ⛵️
This venue is the perfect spot to wrap up the summer season with beautiful fall sailing conditions on the bay. And yes - the traditional Saturday distance race is on the schedule (weather permitting, of course). We'll start in front of the launch site, break for lunch at Tawas City Beach, then line up for a shorter race back. It’s always a highlight!

• 08:45 - 09:15 : Registration and check-in
• 09:30 : Competitors Meeting
• 11:00 : First Warning Signal for Distance Race!
Sunday
• 09:00 : Competitors Meeting
• 10:30 : First Warning Signal
• 13:00 : No Warning Signals after this time
• 15:00 : Awards
