About this Event

✨ ROOTS & RHYTHM — A Black History Month Culinary Experience

This Black History Month, we invite you to an unforgettable evening of culture, cuisine, and celebration at The Hive by Honey Soul Food.

Top Chef Canada Season 10 winner Tre Sanderson will take over the kitchen for a one-night-only six-course culinary experience, crafted to honour Black excellence, Caribbean heritage, and elevated soul food. Each dish is designed to tell a story through flavour, technique, and tradition.

In collaboration with Lignum Honey, guests will experience premium, Caribbean-sourced honey woven throughout the menu, adding depth and distinction to every course. Honey Soul Food will host the evening, setting the tone with curated music, special guest performances, and an atmosphere rooted in community, culture, and rhythm.

This is more than dinner.
It is a celebration of heritage.
It is culture on a plate.
It is legacy at the table.

What Your Ticket Includes

• A six-course, chef-curated tasting menu by Tre Sanderson
• Lignum Honey pairings integrated into select dishes
• An immersive dining and cultural experience with live music and performances
