Guided by Sabrina of Kanekshun, the experience begins with breath and sound, gentle yet powerful tools to regulate the nervous system, soften the mind, and attune the body to a slower, more natural rhythm. From this place of presence, we begin to listen more deeply to ourselves, and to the subtle intelligence of the earth.

From there, Carla leads a grounding, barefoot movement journey an invitation to reconnect with the body in its most instinctual form. To move as nature intended. To feel the texture of the earth beneath your feet. To remember your place within it, not separate from it.

This is more than a practice it is a ritual of reconnection.
A moment to offer your awareness back to the earth.
To ground your energy.
To release what feels heavy.
And to realign with what is steady, supportive, and true.

Through breath, vibration, and movement, we meet the earth with presence and in return, allow ourselves to be held by it. Expect a deeply grounding, sensory experience one that feels like coming home to something ancient within you.
