Sisters, 💫Rachel and I invite you to a morning for a Rooted Return to connect to your embodied self.
Practices provide a gentle guide to enable you to deeply tune into what you need to harmonise and balance after the spring equinox 🌸
The morning unfolds with embodied dru yoga and guided dance, sacred sharing a drum led Shamanic journey with a soothing sound bath to close 💛💜🧡
2 and a half hours of blissful you time
