Join us in community as we ground into our value system to help navigate the upcoming holiday season and New Year. 

We will dive into root medicine together in a guided tea ceremony and meditation with Burdock by herbalist Nora Luce. This will be an opportunity to open our body to this plant, and welcome any messages of support and connection to our sense of stability to the Earth. 

After this experience, you’ll deepen into your value system as lifestyle coach Mara DeMauro leads us through clarity and courage to finding our WHY behind how we take action. Through journaling and community shares, you’ll have a solid ground for which to ride the waves of family time, the winter season, and the new year. 

This is an opportunity to connect to our morals and ethics, as we show up authentically and anchored into our purpose. Let’s investigate ourselves and connect with each other more deeply.

This gathering is offered in a sliding scale of $35-$55.

Your contribution helps support the event and allows us to offer tickets to those who may need financial assistance.

• $45 (Base Rate): This is the standard donation, which helps cover the cost of the event and supports the materials, plants, and space needed for our gathering. By choosing this rate, you’re ensuring your participation and supporting the overall event.
• $35(For Those in Financial Need): If you are experiencing financial hardship, this lower rate is available to make the event more accessible. No questions asked—this rate is for you if the full price feels like a stretch.
• $55(Paying It Forward): If you're in a position to give a little more, this rate helps cover the cost of the event and supports others who may need financial assistance. Your generosity helps make this gathering possible for someone else and contributes to the sustainability of future events.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS

Nora Luce is a local folk herbalist who serves the community at the local farmer's market with her company Critical Ritual. She has a passion for sharing her many years of education in medical botany and folk herbalism. Her desire is for this community to have more awareness of the abundance of plant medicine that surrounds us in this city and the re-awakening of more medicine people on this land.

Mara DeMauro believes everyone deserves the chance to reach their highest potential and become their favorite selves. As a Sober Curious Lifestyle Coach, she emphasizes an experimental, fun, and empowering approach to personal growth. Mara’s wellness journey combines redefining her relationship with alcohol, her love of nature, and the healing power of childlike wonder. Passionate about fostering connection and intentional living, she guides clients to embrace their joyful inner child. She believes a strongly rooted inner value system is key to living a peaceful, abundant life with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
