About this Event
Rooted + Renewed: A half day mini retreat
We are back with Rooted + Renewed for the fall!
Join us for a seasonal gathering for reflection, connection, and renewal.
You will be held in love and community.
Together we'll be practicing yin yoga to ease muscle tension, support our connective tissue, and make space in the mind. The perfect setup to receive a sound bath afterwards to allow your nervous system to soak in the soothing vibrations, giving your body and mind deep rest. Woven throughout our time together you will be guided through journaling for reflection; giving yourself the space to breathe, release, or simply notice what's been right in front of you.
We will end it all by coming together in gratitude around a table for a feast of nourishing food and good conversation.
This will be an intimate gathering, limited to 13 participants.
We would love to see you again if you attended the first one! And if you missed it or you're just finding us now, we would love to hold the space for you. 💖
