🧘‍♀️ Yin Yoga with Andrena
A gentle, floor-based yoga practice using long-held postures to release tension, open energy channels, and calm the mind. No experience necessary.

🎵 Sound Bath with Marilynn
Let go of stress as you're guided into a deeply meditative state through the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gong. This immersive experience supports emotional release, deep rest, and energetic balance.

🌿 Mindful Space
Held at the Garcia Center for the Arts, the space is cozy, welcoming, and inspiring - curated to help you feel grounded and supported.
