🌳 You're invited to a very special evening at Community Commons at Center for Spiritual Living Asheville!
Join us and honored dignitaries, friends, and community members on Arbor Day — Friday, April 24th from 5–8 PM — as we celebrate and officially dedicate our beloved Treasured Oak Tree, the oldest known white oak in Buncombe County, NC.
This magnificent tree has been standing since approximately 1665. That's over 360 years of history — witnessing Indigenous gatherings, early settlers, and the growth of our community. In 2012, it was recognized as a Buncombe County Treasured Tree by Asheville GreenWorks. Now, we honor it with a dedication worthy of its legacy.
