Rooted in Sound: A Sound Bath Meditation

Step into the calming embrace of our lush, plant-filled jungle for an immersive evening of sound and stillness. Led by certified Sound Healers and Reiki Masters from Raven & Moon, this unique experience begins with a gentle guided meditation to help you ground, center, and open to the healing power of sound.

You'll then be “bathed” in waves of vibration as a variety of sound healing instruments—crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and tuning forks—are played intuitively to meet the energetic needs of the group. Each session is completely unique, attuned to the energy of the moment. This experience is designed to help you:

• Release what no longer serves you
• Relax your nervous system
• Rejuvenate your body and mind
• Restore energetic balance
