As the earth shifts from dormancy into growth, this practice offers space to release what feels heavy, reconnect with yourself, and gently awaken what is ready to emerge. We will begin with an intuitive, grounding yoga flow to warm the body, invite fluidity, and soften the nervous system. After a brief pause, you will settle into your cozy nest for a guided Yoga Nidra meditation designed to support deep rest, inner clarity, and intentional renewal as you step into spring.
