Together we will:
✨ Connect with the Divine through meditation & movement
✨ Explore authentic relating to be truly seen & heard
✨ Dance and open the body as a vessel for joy & healing
✨ Experience somatic practices that return you to wholeness
✨ Activate your creative life force for manifestation
Please bring:
• Something comfortable to sit on (yoga mats are perfect)
• Any altar items you wish to place in shared sacred space
• A journal + pen
• An open heart & willingness to be seen
This is your chance to strengthen your confidence, expand your capacity for intimacy, and cultivate the language, presence, and resonance that allow you to show up fully in temple spaces and beyond.
