Rooted in Love is an intentional self-love and self-care experience created for women who want to deepen their connection with themselves — mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
This gathering blends education, embodiment, creativity, and reflection to explore self-love not as a trend, but as a practice rooted in awareness, compassion, and presence.
We’ll begin with a guided presentation on the psychology and spirituality of self-love and self-care, exploring how our thoughts, beliefs, nervous system, and spiritual grounding influence the way we relate to ourselves and others. This portion is designed to offer insight, clarity, and practical tools you can carry into everyday life.
From there, we’ll transition into a gentle yoga session with guided breathwork, focused on grounding the body, calming the nervous system, and creating space to reconnect inward. All levels are welcome, and the movement will be accessible and supportive.
The experience continues with guided journaling and reflection, offering intentional prompts to help you process, integrate, and connect with what came up during the movement and discussion. Sharing will be optional and held in a safe, supportive environment.
To close, participants will take part in a flower arrangement activity, creating a personal floral piece as a symbolic expression of self-care, growth, and nurturing — a reminder to take home with you.
Throughout the experience, we’ll provide light refreshments and a yogurt bar, creating space for connection, nourishment, and community.
Whether you come solo or with a friend, Rooted in Love is an invitation to slow down, soften, and tend to yourself with intention and compassion.
What to Bring & Dress Code
Please bring a yoga mat for the movement and breathwork portion of the experience.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and relax.
Dress Code: Any shade of pink, red, or white is encouraged to celebrate love, softness, and intention. 🤍🌸
