This immersive experience blends the deep, restorative stretches of Yin Yoga with the healing frequencies of a Sacred Sound Bath to harmonize your mind and body.
You’ll settle into supported poses designed to release tension in the deepest layers of your fascia, creating space and softness. As you hold these shapes, the room will be filled with the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls washing away mental clutter and inviting profound stillness.
The soothing vibrations work at a cellular level to help you release stagnant energy, nurture your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner sense of peace and joy.
• Yoga is lovingly taught by Amber, focusing on gentle opening and surrender.
• The Sound Journey is guided by Cody, using frequency to deepen your meditative state.
This class is truly for everyone—no prior yoga experience is required. Whether you’re looking to decompress, support your healing journey, or simply bathe in tranquility, Yin & Zen offers a sanctuary for your entire being.
