Join us for a community conversation, communal pot painting, and other activities centered on Black queerness and community in Ypsilanti and Michigan at large. This event will take place outside from 3-5:30pm in our downtown library plaza.
This program is organized in partnership with Black Pride Ypsi—a local organization focused on "the mission to improve the lives of Black queer residents in Ypsilanti and beyond"—and in collaboration with Aaron Foley, editor of the Michigan Chronicle and author of Boys Come First.
