Rooted Experience: The Primal Playground

This Rooted Experience is an outdoor primal movement session focused on mobility, bodyweight strength, coordination and playful training. Expect movements like crawling, squatting, jumping and balancing drills designed to wake up the body and sharpen the mind.

Whether you're brand new to movement training or already active, the session is designed so everyone can participate and move at their own pace.
