A short guided visualization and written prompts support clarity, alignment, and intention for the season ahead.

? 2:35 – 3:35 | Vision Board Creation

Participants create their vision boards using provided materials. Food remains available. Calm music and gentle facilitator support are offered, with no pressure to share.

? 3:35 – 3:55 | Closing Reflection & Affirmations

A grounding close with optional sharing, affirmations, and collective intention-setting.

? 3:55 – 4:00 | Gentle Close & Next Steps
