This 5-hour immersive retreat is an invitation to gently return to the parts of you that once knew how to feel joy, curiosity, and trust without effort. Through grounding rituals, playful exploration, creative expression, and a live Breath of Bliss breathwork ceremony, we’ll guide you into a safe, embodied space where healing happens naturally, not through force, but through softness.

This retreat follows a carefully designed arc that supports your nervous system every step of the way. We begin by creating safety and grounding, then move into inner child reflection, somatic play, and creativity to soften defenses. From there, we drop into a deep breathwork ceremony, allowing stored emotion, tension, and stress to release, before closing with practices that help you rebuild self-trust and integrate what you’ve experienced.

• All art supplies for our playful creative expression activity, including a keepsake piece of art to take home
