Rooted and Rising: A Yoga and Vision Board Experience

Rooted and Rising is an intentional wellness gathering curated for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect, and step into alignment.

This experience blends gentle movement, creative visioning, and guided sisterhood conversation to support both grounding and growth.
Together, we will create space to reflect, set intentions, and connect with like-minded women in a supportive, welcoming environment.

What's included:

• Yoga Flow led by Bry of Vinyasa Yoga
(Please bring your own yoga mat)

• Vision Board Creation
Poster boards and materials are provided . Feel free to bring additional materials that inspire you.
• Guided Sisterhood Conversation
Facilitated through life coaching prompts to encourage reflection and connection.
