🌎 Rooted: An Earth Day Plant Swap + Yoga 🌿We’re starting a new annual tradition at Full Body - and you’re invited.
Join us for an Earth Day-inspired gathering that blends movement, mindfulness, and community.
We’ll begin with a grounding, earthy yoga flow designed to help you reconnect - to your breath, your body, and the earth beneath you. Expect slow strength, balance, and a calming closing meditation centered around growth and renewal.
After practice, stay for our Plant Swap Social + Tea Station.
Sip herbal tea, mingle, and exchange plants in a relaxed, welcoming space.
🌿 Bring 1–2 healthy plants or propagated cuttings to swap.
We’ll have tables labeled:
• Low Light
• Bright Light
• Pet Friendly
• Beginner Friendly
Blank care tags will be available so you can include plant names and simple care tips for their new home.
Bring a plant. Leave with something new to nurture.
Grow something new - inside and out.
