Restorative Yoga + Sound BathMelt tension and settle into stillness with an evening of restorative yoga paired with a soothing sound bath. This practice is designed to support the whole body—gently calming the nervous system and inviting balance throughout.
You’ll be guided through supported restorative postures, meditation, and gentle breathwork, woven with the calming tones of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and other sound healing instruments. Expect a natural rhythm of silence and sound that allows the body to fully rest and reset.
