Root Tuesdays — Mūlādhāra Chakra Yoga & Meditation
About this Event
Root Tuesdays — Mūlādhāra Chakra Yoga
Root Tuesdays is a grounding 90-minute practice inspired by Mūlādhāra, the Root Chakra associated with stability, security, strength and our connection to the earth.
Through Classical Haṭha Yoga, steady movement, breathwork and meditation, this session invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body and build a stronger foundation—both physically and mentally.
Tuesday is traditionally connected with Mars, representing courage, vitality and purposeful action. The practice will therefore combine grounding postures with strengthening sequences designed to awaken energy without losing steadiness.
The class may include:
- Grounding and strengthening āsanas
- Standing postures and mindful transitions
- Root Chakra–focused breathwork
- Guided meditation and relaxation
- Practices for balance, stability and confidence
No previous yoga experience is required. All levels are welcome.
Come as you are and leave feeling steadier, stronger and more connected to yourself.
