ROOT TO RISE

By moving in community, we root to rise, honoring the physical and energetic elements of Spring. This is an immersive experience meant to guide you towards harnessing the season’s yang energy of rapid growth and outward expansion, alongside the softness of yin in realizing intentions set within the depths of the darker winter months. This is an all-levels workshop curated to highlight the physical and energetic properties of select acupuncture meridians, as we are now drawn to bask underneath the sun and watch the flowers bloom. Space for these workshops are limited as we enjoy providing a more intimate, personal and hands-on experience.

Attendees will have the option of receiving a standard auricular acupuncture point protocol in an extended svasana administered by Dr. Meghan Rose Nolan, LAc, DAcCHM.
