We’ll gather in a small group, max 8, to honour the turning of the seasons.We’ll share, reflect, journal and then we’ll dance. To shake off what’s heavy and move what feels stuck. Reconnect with joy. Root down and rise up.

Our first Root & Rise Women’s Circle will gather on Saturday, March 21st, 9:30-11:30am @Campsiriol, Bow Street, to honour the Spring Equinox
What to expect:
🌿 A welcoming herbal tea on arrival
🌙 A grounding settling practice
⭕ A sharing circle (you are always welcome to simply listen)
✨ Gentle movement and intuitive dance to release, reconnect, and awaken joy
🌸 Space to be seen, heard and held in community
Come as you are, no previous experience necessary.
