Hey Mamas!! 🪷Our first week of our small group experience for moms and little ones went amazing! Everyone was interested in an ongoing group, so here are the details on the next event.
For those new to us- this gathering is curated to foster wellness, community, and growth. We are combining our experiences in mental health and yoga for this unique event. Prepare to connect emotionally in a process group, a guided meditation and an all-levels yoga flow.
Little ones are welcome to join and play stations will be setup for them.
