As we move into a new season of energy and forward momentum, this space is an invitation into presence - grounding into your body and moving forward from alignment > urgency.

Through a guided somatic breathwork reset and a restorative sound bath, you’ll create energetic space within your body, return to your center, and root into the version of you that’s ready to move forward in this season of your life.

Led by Devon DeGilio, intuitive guide and energy worker, and Erin Peters, sound facilitator, this Spring Equinox gathering blends activation and integration to support both inner reset and outward expansion.

This is a space to land, reset, and connect - within yourself and with others in community and well-being.

Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, clear, and supported in your next steps.
