Root & Resonance: A Ceremonial Day of Sound, Somatics and Human Design
A day-long ceremonial retreat designed to help you release old patterns, reconnect with your body, and attune to your natural rhythm. Guided by Terra Pfund, Intuitive Astro-Herbalist and Quantum Human Design Specialist, Buffy Owens, somatic practitioner and movement guide, and Andrea Williams, sound healer and deep listening coach, you’ll be held in a nurturing and intentional container. Together, we will create a space for deep listening, gentle embodiment, and personal insight. Through somatic practices, sound journeys, and Human Design guidance, you’ll explore your unique energy and cultivate presence, clarity, and aligned action.
