Rooftop Yoga + Sound Bath benefiting Move2Learn

This 60-minute Yoga + Sound Bath event will be held on the beautiful rooftop of ALXCommunity, led by @melbeyondyoga. The event capacity is 25. All proceeds will benefit Move2Learn.

The first 30 minutes, you'll move and stretch your body with an all-levels yoga flow, followed by an immersive 30-minute sound bath featuring real crystal alchemy singing bowls and other sound instruments.

Sound baths promote deep relaxation of the body and mind that promotes balancing and healing. Bring your own yoga mat and any other props like a blanket or eye mask that you might like to use during the sound bath.

Parking is available on street level and an underground parking garage. A heartfelt thanks to Mel for donating her yoga and sound bath gifts and to ALXCommunity for donating their beautiful space.
