Rooftop Yoga (All experience levels welcome)

This is reset your body, and mind deserve !

Includes:

• 45 minute guided yoga session
• Wellness Goodie Bag
• Wellness Juice Shot
• Curated Photo Ops

To prepare:

• Dress comfortably, activewear encouraged
• Bring a mat, blocks, towels, and knee pads (if extra support is needed).
• A water bottle is highly encouraged

Remove self judgement and ideas of what they “should” look like in a pose and bring an open mind to let the body surprise them. Expect some laughs, a bit of play, and deeper connection with the body.
