Location: Classes are inside the Community House, near the garden and at the end of the Splash Park parking lot on Merrill Plaisance (near the intersection of Pontchartrain), south of Seven Mile and west of Woodward Ave.

Format: 🌿 Free Chair Yoga

Discover the benefits of yoga in a supportive and accessible way! Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga practiced while sitting in a chair or using a chair for support. Perfect for beginners, seniors, and anyone seeking a safe, low-impact practice, this class focuses on:

• Improving flexibility and balance
• Building strength safely
• Reducing stress through mindful breathing
• Enhancing overall well-being

✨ No experience necessary. All bodies and abilities are welcome!

🪑 What to Expect:
A calm, welcoming environment where participants can move, breathe, and stretch at their own pace. You’ll leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and refreshed.

Join us to connect with your body, mind, and community—no yoga mat required!

Kids: Youth ages 6 and up are welcomed to join the class as long as they can remain quiet the entire hour. If the kid(s) become noisy we kindly ask that you step out of class with your child to be considerate of the other practitioners.

Rain Cancellation: If rain is in the forecast, follow & check @YoganicFlow Instagram to learn if the class is cancelled due to weather. Class cancellations will ALWAYS be posted at least 1 hour before class is scheduled to start.
