Join us for a revitalising Vinyasa yoga or Pilates session on the stunning rooftop of BrewDog Upminster. Breathe in the fresh air, stretch to the sky, and flow with your breath!
This summer, we’re mixing things up for the perfect balance! Our in-studio 10:15 AM Pilates class and 10:30 AM rooftop session will alternate each week. One week, you'll build strength and control with Pilates in the studio, and the next, you’ll flow through yoga or Pilates under the open sky. If the weather isn’t great, we’ll simply move indoors—so you never miss a session!
🌟 Exciting news! AFB members get free rooftop sessions all summer—just another perk of being part of the AFB community! Non-members are welcome to join for £16.50 per session (T&Cs apply).
