Join me for a playful, movement-filled yoga adventure.This class is designed for little explorers aged 2 to 6 and their grown-ups. Together, we’ll journey through a magical places using yoga-inspired movements, breathwork, music, and imagination. Along the way we might spot animals who we can dance, sing and stretch with.
If you're new to my classes, I'm Laura, an inclusive children’s yoga teacher with a background in adaptive movement and wellbeing. My sessions are relaxed, welcoming, and rooted in child-led curiosity and connection.
Yoga is better together so parent/care giver participation is encouraged as children learn from watching and copying others.
These classes are highly interactive to support their socialisation and give them an opportunity to learn about kindness and friendship too. There are many other fantastic benefits for young children to play about with yoga as it helps develop their balance, coordination and confidence.
🎟 Tickets & Pricing
This session is open to all children aged 2–6. Please book a ticket for each child attending.
Ages 2–3 (attending with adult help): £4.50
Ages 4–6 (participating more independently): £6
If you or your child as any additional access needs please discuss this with me before booking to ensure I can support you fully.
Whilst I am a fully qualified Yoga teacher and fully insured. I'm new to teaching kids are am currently undergoing a Certified training programme
