This immersive session blends soothing sound frequencies, gentle vibration, and guided breathwork to support your mind and body through the summer season.
You’ll be invited to lie down, get comfortable, and simply receive, a peaceful moment of stillness in the middle of a busy week.
The session uses crystal bowls and therapeutic sound to calm the nervous system, soften tension, and create a sense of deep relaxation.

We encourage you to bring your own blanket, pillows, cosy layers, and anything that helps you feel comfortable. Mats will be provided.
If the weather fails, we will move the session indoors into our cinema room space.

When you arrive, please ring the doorbell or call 0151 6650790 and a member of our team will welcome you at the door and guide you to the rooftop.
