Roof Top Meditation, Candles & Fairy Lights

Take a slow conscious breath and imagine this....

You are lying down under a beautiful, clear summer night. Surrounded by fairy lights and candles. You welcome a cool breeze on your skin. As you are gently guided through 60 minutes of meditation, your body lets go a little more with each breath. You come to the end of the class, and your body is completely relaxed.

Up above lies the moon, surrounded by thousands and thousands of tiny stars. You marvel at the simplest of pleasures and feel grateful that you had the chance to enjoy the stillness of the night.

We welcome a new year with a positive intention by taking the time we need to rest, restore and renew.

Open to all meditation levels, beginners to advanced. No previous experience required. No tickets sold at the event.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat to lie on
• Warm clothing if the temperature drops (socks and layers)
• Cushion for extra comfort

Weather permitting - we'll move our event into the cosy studio inside. This event will go ahead.

Dee Brennan is a Wellbeing and Mindfulness Coach. Dee enjoy's creating a space for you to get away from the stress and chaos, lighten the mental load and gain some calm and clarity. She can turn meditation from boring to something exciting to look forward.
