Join us for an embodied journey into pelvic floor health, where movement and fascia release come together to restore balance and function. Through rolling, releasing, strengthening, and mindful integration, you’ll reconnect with your body’s inner support system and cultivate resilience from the inside out. This therapeutic practice is designed to help you reclaim freedom, ease, and vitality in your everyday movement.
This 5 week series is on Sunday's at 4pm 9/21, 9/28, 10/5 & 10/12.
$80 for class series, $25 for drop in class.
