Gather in kindred connection as we share ceremonial cacao, opening our hearts and deepening our sense of community. Together, we’ll explore the practice of tapping (EFT) to gently release stress, calm the nervous system, and create space for clarity and emotional balance. The evening will close with a restorative sound healing journey, weaving crystal alchemy bowls and soothing vibrations to integrate your intentions and leave you grounded, open, and renewed.
The sound session will begin with intention setting, a guided meditation while lying in savasana and then let go as you set out on a sound meditation journey complemented by the cosmic vibrations of Crystal Alchemy Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Crystal Lyre, and Gongs these healing frequencies work on a cellular level to calm your mind, body, and spirit as you release what no longer serves you, raise your vibration, and manifest your intentions.
Prepare accordingly:
Dress in Layers, you will be lying down for 45 minutes.
All cell phones MUST be turned off completely for the duration of the event. Apple watches Fit Bit, and smart watches MUST be turned off .
Drink plenty of water before and after-
Sound transforms on a cellular level and being well hydrated assists the process.
Drugs and alcohol are not recommended prior or after a sound journey.
