Open to both complete novices and experienced martial artists, this two-hour session will cover techniques and practical applications of the Mishima Kempo 6-foot staff.No experience is necessary; however, if you have previously completed any Rokushakubo courses with us, you will progress quickly to semi-contact sparring.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and footwear. We provide all training weapons!
Park in the upper/rear car park, where there are plenty of spaces available. If you are arriving by train, the Wesley Buildings are just a two-minute walk from Redruth Station.
