Get ready to ROC our 5k…or 10k!
Whether you are new to running, or are just looking to improve your time, this class will help you meet your goals. We will have two location options for weekly group runs, and participants will be given a running schedule to follow on their own for the rest of the week. We promise tons of fun and support as we prepare to run in ROCovery Fitness's biggest fundraising event of the year, the ROCovery Fitness Run/Walk on Sunday, September 14.
Now offered two times a week!
Tuesday – 9:30am, ROCovery Fitness, 1035 Dewey Ave, Rochester.
Thursday – 5:30pm, Genesee Valley Park Roundhouse Pavilion, Rochester. Come for the Run and stay for the Yoga… Just Yoga will be offered immediately following the Run at the same location.
This event is for individuals who are 18 years or older.
