Rocket Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training 2026

Rocket Yoga Teacher Training is a dynamic and transformative program designed to deepen your practice and empower you to teach with confidence.
Rooted in the Ashtanga tradition and infused with creativity, Rocket Yoga breaks down rigid structure to make advanced postures accessible to all levels. This training focuses on breath, bandhas, transitions, and intelligent sequencing, while encouraging personal exploration and freedom on the mat. Whether you’re looking to teach or evolve your own practice, Rocket Yoga TT launches you toward strength, clarity, and authentic expression.
All hours accumulate towards our 300 RYT Certification.
All level of practitioners are welcome! 1 year Teaching experience is suggested but not required.

Daily Schedule:
9am - 10:30am Morning Practice
10:30am - 12pm Morning Lectures
12pm - 2:00pm Lunch Break
2pm - 3:30pm Afternoon Lectures
3:30pm - 4:30pm Asana Clinics
4:30pm - 6:00pm Afternoon Practice

Note: We accept cancellations up to 30 days prior to the workshop and you will receive full refund minus 10% of the original workshop fee. No refunds are available for cancellations within 30 days of the workshop. No exceptions!

Bio:
David began teaching yoga in 2001 under the guidance of Larry Schultz and Reed Taylor in South Beach Miami! After falling in love with the effects and possibilities of the practice to heal, David moved to San Francisco to further his studies. David uses his background in body therapies as a CMT and combines this with his experience in the practice of Traditional and Non Traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa. David is the head teacher and program developer for the Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga School and International director for The Rocket.
