Following the success of Rosie's first Rocket 1 Masterclass - we're delighted to let you know that we're holding another Rocket workshop on Sunday, October 13th from 12noon to 1:30 PM.This dynamic class will focus on the complete Rocket 1 series, a playful and fun style loosely based on the primary Ashtanga series. Expect to challenge yourself with fun balances, inversions, and arm balances. We'll offer plenty of options to suit all abilities, but this class may not be ideal for absolute beginners.
