Upon arrival, you'll embark on yourSauna & Cold Plungejourney. Ice Cold Club coaches will guide you through the cold plunge process, helping you embrace the challenge and reap the rewards of extreme temperature shifts. After 1.5 hours of rejuvenating contrast therapy you can hang out in the pool or make your way to Margie's for a bite.

  Departing Wall st/ Pier 11 at 9:00 AM, Arriving @ Rockaway 9:54 AM
  Pool & Sauna: 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM

• Group 2:
  Departing Wall st/ Pier 11 at 11:00 AM, Arriving @ Rockaway 11:54 AM
  Pool & Sauna: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM

• Group 3:
  Departing Wall st/ Pier 11 at 1:00 PM, Arriving @ Rockaway 1:54 PM
  Pool & Sauna: 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM
